The A Try – A Tree Project is an innovative environmental initiative launched in collaboration with Asia Rugby and guided by Group Captain Nalin De Silva, Chairperson of the Sports and Environment Committee of Asia Rugby and an Adviser to Planet Protectors.
This unique program connects the passion for sports with environmental responsibility, where a tree is planted for every try scored in Asia Rugby matches. By combining the excitement of rugby with the vital mission of reforestation, this initiative not only promotes environmental awareness among sports enthusiasts but also contributes significantly to global conservation efforts.
